Almost caught up to 2013!
Christmas 2012 was one of my favorite Christmases that I can ever remember. Jay and I were able to celebrate it together with both of our families--something that wasn't possible last year! So this year we started with the First Annual Tacky Christmas Party at the Jordans... Hold your suspenders folks.

The whole gang! |
|
The tacky hostess and host! |
Jay's outfit included accessories from Wal-Mart's men's section as well as his own pair of rolled up jeans and red plaid socks. Amy wore a vintage sequin Christmas sweater borrowed from her mother's closet...permanently...so that her mother can no longer wear it every Christmas! Accenting the vintage sweater were black denim pants and green light bulb earrings. (Tracy had red light bulb earrings that flashed...they were fantastic.)

The menfolk. Kris was adorned with about ten pounds of battery operated lights. It was spectacular. |
|
The Hynums |
Maggie had used all of her tacky Christmas gear to dress up the two beautiful little Hynums. Kamaryn wore a vintage Santa Clause sweatshirt from Aunt Mary's closet and Madalyn had a stylish little hat to match her Christmas light necklace (which also matched her father's attire).

Aunt Mary and Mrs. Margaret |

The Mays |

Mrs. Margaret and Ashley |
We had a fantastic night of eating, visiting and present opening! Mrs. Margaret was in her best Wal-Mart turtle neck that she had altered for a slightly sexy appeal with her feathered shirt showing through. She also had some fantastic feather clip in extensions in her hair and socks with her flip flops. She was the tacky envy of all!

The whole gang--tacky style. |
That sweater has to come home. You know you can't find those sequins any more! Love the other outfits. Christmas fun!
